What is Legalyard for Business?
Practice management software for law firms and legal teams. It combines matter management, document management and AI-assisted drafting, time tracking and billing, e-signatures, client intake and automation, calendaring, and a secure client portal in a single workspace — with an integrated AI assistant grounded in the firm's own matters and documents.
Who is it for?
Law firms of every size — from solo practitioners to multi-office practices — plus in-house legal teams and finance or compliance professionals who manage contracts and client work.
When does it launch?
The platform is in private development. The launch will be announced right here on legalyard.com.
How much will it cost?
Subscription plans sized for solo practitioners through larger firms. Regional pricing is published at launch.
What tools does it replace?
Practice management, document management, time and billing, e-signature, client intake, calendaring, and client-communication tools — consolidated into one platform instead of separate subscriptions for each.
Does it include AI?
Yes. An AI assistant is integrated across the platform for questions, drafting, and document understanding. It works from your firm's own matters and documents, labels its output as AI-generated, and leaves review and approval with you.
Is my firm's data secure?
Yes. Firm data is encrypted in transit and at rest and isolated per firm. Access inside a firm is controlled by roles and per-matter permissions, and state-changing operations are recorded in an audit log.
Is Legalyard a law firm?
No. Legalyard is a software company. It builds tools for legal professionals and consumers but does not practice law or provide legal advice.
How is this different from Legalyard AI?
Legalyard for Business (this site) is a full practice management platform for firms and legal teams. Legalyard AI is a lightweight legal assistant for individuals, freelancers, and small businesses. Same company, same platform underneath.
Where will it be available?
Legalyard launches globally as a web platform, with mobile apps planned. Regional pricing and availability details are announced at launch.
